Renovate your space (“Renovate Your Space”) is a Shop Mini that allows you to upload or snap a photo of your room, space, or environment so an AI model can analyze it, generate renovation concepts, and suggest products that match the items identified in the image. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
When you upload or take a photo, the image is processed temporarily to analyze objects in the scene and generate renovation suggestions. The image is not stored after processing and is deleted automatically once the analysis is complete.
We collect non-identifying technical data required to operate the Mini (such as anonymized performance logs and error diagnostics). We do not use any analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party advertising tools inside the Mini.
We do not collect emails, names, addresses, payment info, or any sensitive personal data.
We use the uploaded image solely for:
Diagnostic data is used only to ensure reliability, prevent abuse, and improve core functionality.
We do not store uploaded photos. Images are processed in-memory and automatically deleted after the analysis and generation process completes. Only minimal non-identifying diagnostics are temporarily retained to maintain security and performance.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize user data. Uploaded photos may be processed by trusted service providers (for example, cloud compute or AI model inference providers) strictly to perform the requested analysis. These providers operate under confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
The App requests only the minimum permissions needed to function, such as access to your camera or photo library. You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. We never attempt to request unnecessary or hidden permissions.
Developers cannot access user data outside of SDK-approved interactions. We do not request emails, addresses, payment info, or any sensitive categories of data.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or delete personal information we may hold. Since we do not store uploaded images or personal identifiers, requests generally apply only to minimal diagnostic data, if any.
If you are in the EEA, data may be processed to perform the requested service and may be transferred under appropriate safeguards.
Renovate Your Space is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve or to comply with legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.
