These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Renovate Your Space (“the App”), a Shop Mini that allows you to upload or snap a photo of your room, bathroom, office, kitchen, or any space to see an AI-generated renovation preview and discover suggested products. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be legally permitted to use Shopify Shop Minis in your region. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and Shopify's platform rules. The App does not require a user account and relies on Shopify's Mini framework for permissions and access.
The App analyzes the image you upload using AI models. Based on the content of your space, the App generates:
The App does not sell or fulfill products. Any purchase is completed with third-party merchants and is governed by their terms, prices, and policies.
By uploading an image, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the image strictly for the purpose of generating the renovation preview, detecting items, and suggesting products.
Images are processed in-memory only and are not stored, retained, or reused after the analysis or generation step is completed.
Renovation previews, item detections, and product suggestions are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic. These outputs are for inspiration only and should not be treated as architectural, safety, design, or construction advice.
The App does not guarantee product availability, color accuracy, room size accuracy, or visual fidelity.
Products shown in the App may link to third-party stores. We do not control these stores, their pricing, policies, inventory, or accuracy. Any issues related to purchases or products must be resolved with the third-party merchant.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, AI-generated outputs, or third-party products.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your uploads, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate the App at any time, including if you violate these Terms or if required by Shopify policies or law.
